We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Timeframe

You may request a return within 2 DAYS of receiving your order.

  • Return requests made after this period may not be accepted
  • The return item must be shipped back within the approved return window once the request is confirmed

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos/videos (if the item is damaged or defective)
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back without approval.


4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 6-7 DAYS

Refunds will be issued:

  • To the original payment method (for prepaid orders), or
  • Via alternative method (for Cash on Delivery orders), such as bank transfer or store credit

5. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for eligible items.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered

8. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping responsibility:

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item):
    → We will cover the return shipping cost
  • If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, etc.):
    → The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
