You may request a return within 2 DAYS of receiving your order.
- Return requests made after this period may not be accepted
- The return item must be shipped back within the approved return window once the request is confirmed
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

- Reason for return
- Photos/videos (if the item is damaged or defective)
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Please do not send items back without approval.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

- If approved, your refund will be processed within 6-7 DAYS
Refunds will be issued:
- To the original payment method (for prepaid orders), or
- Via alternative method (for Cash on Delivery orders), such as bank transfer or store credit

5. Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for eligible items.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered
