WHERE DO WE SHIP? We ship worldwide. No matter where you are, Agora delivers to your door.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Standard Shipping (Free over ₹999): 3 – 7 business days
Express Shipping: 1 – 3 business days
International Shipping: 7 – 21 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen delays.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED? All orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at manbirbatth916@gmail.com.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING? Standard shipping is free on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 attract a flat shipping fee applied at checkout. Express and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
WHAT ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED? The following items are non-returnable:
- Sale or clearance items
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Intimate or hygiene-related products
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
HOW DO I START A RETURN?
- Email us at manbirbatth916@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request within 1 – 2 business days
- If approved, we will send you return instructions and the return address
- Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable courier
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed
Please do not send items back without prior approval, as we may not be able to process your return.
WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING? If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item — Agora covers the return shipping cost. If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect size ordered — the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM? Yes! We offer exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange, email us at manbirbatth916@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
REFUNDS
HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE? Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 – 7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE? We sincerely apologise if your order arrived in less than perfect condition. Please email us at manbirbatth916@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM? If you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at manbirbatth916@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will correct the error as quickly as possible.
